Meet The Team

Mrs. Chadha is the promoter of The Adie Broswon Group and plays a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s strategic direction. She has been actively involved in all key policy decisions and continues to provide valuable insight and guidance in major management matters.

With a hands-on leadership style, Mrs.Chadha has built a strong core team to lead the Group’s various strategic business units. Under her leadership, the Group is evolving into a more dynamic, cost-efficient, quality-focused, and solution-driven organization—committed to responsiveness and continuous improvement.

Mr. Bhatia, a veteran industry professional, has been associated with the Adie Broswon Group for over 25 years. With a postgraduate degree in science, specializing in Sugar Technology, he brings more than 55 years of extensive experience to the organization.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bhatia has served as General Manager in both the UP Government’s Sugar Corporation and renowned private sector companies. He plays a vital role in the Group, overseeing key areas such as procurement and operations, and continues to be a trusted advisor and decision-maker within the Group’s leadership team.

Mr. Bindra, a retired Administrative Officer (SP) from the Delhi Police, serves as a Director on the Board of the company. He was inducted into the Board during the tenure of the late Mr. Hardeep Singh Chadha

Mr. Bindra oversees administrative functions and is responsible for managing liaison activities with government authorities and various external agencies. His extensive experience in public administration adds significant value to the company’s operations and governance.

Mr. Chadha, born in Edison, USA, and raised in New Delhi, studied at the American Embassy School before completing his International Baccalaureate at Charterhouse School, UK. He graduated with honours in Management from the University of Bath.

While pursuing his degree, he joined the family business, Adie Broswon Group, where his entrepreneurial vision has driven the launch of new brands, expansion into new markets, and partnerships with leading global companies. He now leads efforts to enhance ABBPL’s production capacity, aiming to establish it as Punjab’s largest brewery.

Mr. Wadhwa is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of expertise in IT strategy and business transformation. He joined the Adie Broswon Group in 2014 as Vice President – IT & Strategy and has since risen to the role of CEO.

Mr. Wadhwa has a proven track record in cost optimization, business growth, and leading global SAP implementations. His professional journey began with NIIT, Pro Soft, and AOCT, where he built a strong foundation in technology. He further honed his expertise at Munjal Showa Limited, gaining deep insights into business processes and commercial IT applications.

He went on to collaborate with major international organizations including PepsiCo (US), Corn Products (US), and a prominent U.S. national retail chain, further enhancing his global perspective and strategic capabilities.

Mr. Wadhwa holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and is certified by NIIT, Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, and Sun Microsystems. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring vegetarian cuisines and traveling with his family.

Mr. Ahuja has been a part of the organization since March 2018. He brings with him over four decades of leadership experience in the Sugar, Alcohol, and Renewable Energy industrie

With a robust techno-commercial background, Mr. Ahuja has successfully managed large-scale operations and led multiple greenfield projects from concept to timely execution, including securing financial closure. His strategic vision and operational expertise have been instrumental in driving the Group’s growth and continued success.

Mr. Tyagi is an accomplished Alcohol Technologist and a graduate of the prestigious National Sugar Institute, Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh), under the Ministry of Food and Civil Supplies, Government of India.

He brings deep expertise in alcohol manufacturing, project planning, and implementation, with a strong focus on process optimization and cost efficiency. Currently, Mr. Tyagi is responsible for overseeing the operations of both our grain-based and molasses-based distilleries, playing a key role in ensuring their performance and productivity.

Mr. Majumdar brings over 32 years of extensive experience across Commercial Operations, Finance, Accounts, Audit (Cost & Tax), Taxation, Project Management, Team Leadership, and SAP Implementation

He has played a pivotal role in introducing budgetary controls, achieving significant cost savings, and establishing robust Management Information Systems (MIS). Mr. Majumdar is highly skilled in streamlining financial procedures, optimizing processes, and maintaining strong relationships with banks and regulatory authorities. He has also implemented cost-effective data systems to ensure accurate and timely costing information, contributing to improved decision-making and operational efficiency.

Mr. Jain (CA, CS) brings over 35 years of rich experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, and Company Secretarial functions. He currently leads the finalisation of balance sheets, coordinates with statutory auditors, and manages matters related to Company Law, as well as both corporate and personal taxation.

In addition, Mr. Jain has strong expertise in legal affairs, including the drafting and vetting of legal documents. His comprehensive knowledge and meticulous approach make him a vital asset to the organization’s financial and legal operations.

With over 15 years of extensive experience in Marketing and International Business, Mr. Joshi is a seasoned professional and certified marketer from IIT Delhi’s esteemed Department of Management Studies (DMS). He has played a key role in launching global brands like WARSTEINER and successfully managed high-profile partnerships, including the Indian Premier League (IPL) for three consecutive seasons.

Mr. Joshi's efforts have driven the successful entry into and expansion of international markets, collaborating with top retail chains such as African + Eastern, Carrefour, and Naivas across more than 30 countries.

A passionate traveler, Mr. Joshi excels at expanding market reach and fostering collaborations across diverse cultures and geographies. His ability to bridge cultural and business divides, combined with a proven track record in building global businesses, underscores his dedication to driving sustained growth in international markets.

Mr. Kumar is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the beer industry, specializing in brewing and operations. A Biotechnology graduate from Rajasthan University, he also holds a Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, London.

He has held key roles at SABMiller, Carlsberg India, and United Breweries Limited, where he led co-packing operations and managed first brews for iconic brands like Heineken and Kingfisher Ultra. Mr. Kumar has successfully executed capacity expansions and greenfield projects, while mentoring over 100 brewing professionals.

His commitment to innovation, quality, and leadership continues to drive operational excellence across the industry.
